Privacy Policy

LinkLift (“we”, “us”) is an AI LinkedIn assistant. It helps you draft LinkedIn comments and messages, and optionally save LinkedIn profile details to Google Sheets. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account data — email address and authentication credentials you provide.
  • Usage data — credit balance, generation logs (type, model, credits used), and payment records.
  • Content you submit for generation — post text, reply context, or message context you send through the extension or website so we can generate suggestions.
  • Voice profile samples — writing examples you choose to save so drafts can better match your style.
  • Google account data (optional) — if you connect Google Sheets, we store OAuth tokens and the spreadsheet you authorize so we can append LinkedIn profile rows you choose to save.
  • Technical data — basic request metadata needed to operate the service securely.

How we use information

  • Provide AI comment and message suggestions
  • Authenticate your account and sync credits with the Chrome extension
  • Save LinkedIn profile details to your Google Sheet when you click Save to Sheet
  • Process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
  • Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits

LinkedIn content

The Chrome extension reads content from LinkedIn pages you are viewing in your browser in order to generate suggestions or save a profile. That content is sent to our API only when you click Generate or Save to Sheet. We do not scrape LinkedIn independently of your actions.

Google Sheets access

When you connect Google, LinkLift requests access to Google Sheets and Drive file scope so it can create or update a spreadsheet you own (LinkLift CRM) and append profile rows. We use this access only for the CRM sync feature you enable. You can disconnect Google anytime from the dashboard.

  • Cloudflare — hosting, Workers AI, database, and security
  • Google — OAuth and Google Sheets (optional CRM sync)
  • Pesapal — payment processing
  • Brevo — transactional email (when configured)

Data retention

We retain account and payment records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
