LinkLift (“we”, “us”) helps you draft LinkedIn comments and messages with AI. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data — email address and authentication credentials you provide.
• Usage data — credit balance, generation logs (type, model, credits used), and payment records.
• Content you submit for generation — post text, reply context, or message context you send through the extension or website so we can generate suggestions.
• Technical data — basic request metadata needed to operate the service securely.

How we use information

• Provide AI comment and message suggestions
• Authenticate your account and sync credits with the Chrome extension
• Process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits

LinkedIn content

The Chrome extension reads content from LinkedIn pages you are viewing in your browser in order to generate suggestions. That content is sent to our API only when you click Generate. We do not scrape LinkedIn independently of your actions.

Third parties

• Cloudflare — hosting, Workers AI, database, and security
• Pesapal — payment processing
• Brevo — transactional email (when configured)

Data retention

We retain account and payment records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
